摘要
目前,大蒜成为农村广泛种植的经济作物。我国是大蒜种植大国,大蒜的种植面积、产量和出口量都位列世界首位,大蒜如何实现机械化种植已经成为农业方面的一大难题。目前,国内主要依靠人力来种植大蒜,种植工作量大、劳动强度大、生产效率低,国内外并没有适合大蒜种植的机电一体化设备,本文指出了实现大蒜机械化种植的关键技术难题:始终保持大蒜在取种、移种、栽种的过程中根部向下、鳞芽向上的直立状态。本文针对这一难题进行了研究并提出解决方案,为大蒜种植机的设计提供参考。
Our country is a big garlic planting country .The acreage , production and export of garlic are ranked in the world.Mechanized planting garlic has become a major problem in agriculture .The local garlic planting of present condi-tion in the garlic agriculture is that farmers plant garlic manually , consuming a lot laboring strength , but the planting quality is bad , so the garlic planting machines are needed urgently to replace the manual planting .Both at home and a-broad there are not garlic planting machines that are suitable for Chinese planting mode .This paper presents a bottleneck of garlic planting machinery:keep garlic roots downward , shoots upright when taking ,moving and planting seeds .In or-der to solve the problems , this text does some researches and provides solutions , which lays the groundwork for the design of garlic planting machines .
