摘要
针对原甘蔗收割机物理样机切割系统存在的问题,通过理论研究、仿真分析,对切割系统进行优化设计,研制新型甘蔗收割机样机,并改进了切割系统。同时,对样机的切割系统进行试验研究,通过改进样机与原样机的试验对比分析,结果显示新型甘蔗收割机切割系统的刚性明显提高,破头率低于10%,有效提高了切割系统的切割质量。
For the original prototype of sugarcane harvester cutting system problems , through theoretical study and simu-lation analysis ,optimize the design of the cutting system , develop a new prototype of sugarcane harvester , and improved cutting system .In this paper , the test is carried out to study the cutting system prototype comparison test , analysis of test results and original machine improved prototype ,results show that the model of sugarcane harvester cutting system rigidity is improved obviously ,and the head broken rate of less than 10%, effectively improve the cutting quality of the cutting system .
