摘要
目前刮麻刀片有限元分析较少,笔者利用ANSYSWorkbench对香蕉茎秆纤维提取机普通刀片和改进刀片进行结构静力学分析。结果表明:在相同载荷和边界条件下,改进后刀片最大应力由71.06MPa降至48.71MPa,降低了31.5%;最小疲劳寿命超过设计寿命;安全系数由0.97增加到1.42,增加了46.4%。由此说明普通刀片在极限载荷下可靠性低,最大加工茎秆片数为4片,而改进刀片性能更加优异,可以用于刀片的更新替换。
Aiming at the present situation that scraping blade finite element analysis is rarely , ANSYSWorkbench is used to structure statics analysis about ordinary blade and improved blade of the banana stem fiber extraction machine .Under the same load and boundary conditions , results show that the improved blade maximum stress from 71 .06 MPa to 48 .71 MPa, reduced by 31.5%, the minimum fatigue life exceeded the design life , and the safety factor increased from 0.97 to 1 .42 , increase of 46 .4%.With the ultimate load the ordinary blade has low reliability , and the largest processing stem number is 4 pieces , while the improved blade more excellent performance , can be used to replace the blade .
