摘要
虚拟样机可以对机械系统进行运动学和动力学分析。为此,运用三维建模软件UG对水稻割晒机割台零部件进行三维建模、装配,完成割晒机割台的虚拟样机设计。虚拟样机的设计需要高尺寸精度与各零部件之间的准确约束,通过零部件的三维绘制与装配,再进行整机的装配,对样机进行干涉检查,可提高研发效率。虚拟样机的设计为后续的虚拟样机运动仿真、割台的结构优化奠定了良好的基础。
Virtual prototyping can be to analyze the kinematics and dynamics of mechanical systems .Using three-dimen-sional modeling software UG for the parts of rice swather cutting table is for three-dimendional modeling , assembly , com-pleting virtual prototype design of swather cutting table .Design of virtual prototype requires the high dimensional accuracy and the accurate constraints of various components .Draft and assembly the three-dimensional parts , then assembly the whole , the last interference check the prototype .Design of the virtual prototyping for subsequent motion simulation , structural optimization of cutting table lays a good foundation .
