摘要
结合广西地区桑叶种植和人工采摘情况,为实现桑叶采摘机械化,研制了一款桑叶采摘机,利用螺旋式提升结构完成桑叶采摘过程。采用Pro/Engineer软件,对螺旋式桑叶采摘机的桑枝拨动定位装置、桑叶采摘装置、行走装置及机身等部件进行三维实体建模及虚拟样机装配,并对长径比比较大的关键零部件进行稳定性校核。结果表明:关键零部件满足稳定性要求;整机机械结构简单,使用时便于操作,能实现桑叶的机械化采摘,对减轻桑农劳动强度具有重要意义。
In order to realize the mulberry leaves plucking mechanization ,one kind of mulberry leaves plucking machine was designed according to mulberry planting condition in Guangxi area .The main components of mulberry toggle positio-ning device,leaves plucking device,walking device,as well as body were designed as solid modeling and assembled by virtual prototype through Pro/Engineering software .The stalility for key parts of large length -diameter ratio were checked .The results have showed that key parts has satisfied the stability requirements .The machine can realize the mechanization of mulberry leaves plucking and has the advantages of simple structure and convenient operation .It has im-portant significance to reduce the labor intensity of mulberry farm .
