摘要
催芽是水稻育苗过程中的重要环节,在水稻催芽的过程中需要对浸种催芽箱内的水温进行控制,以满足水稻种子发芽的环境条件。为此,通过对水稻催芽工艺要求和水温控制原理的分析研究,采用冷水与热水混合的方式,以STC12C5A60S2单片机为核心,通过对温度的检测、循环泵、加热器等设备的启停控制,对水温进行控制。实验结果表明:控制系统可实现催芽过程的温度控制,可控范围9-40℃,控制精度可达±3%,满足水稻催芽不同阶段对浸种催芽箱内水温的要求,提高了水稻催芽的可控性。
Rice seedling germination process is an important part of the process of germination in rice requires Soaking , temperature is controlled to meet the environmental conditions of rice seed germination .Through analysis of rice germina-tion process requirements and temperature control principle , the use cold water and hot water mixed mode application STC12 C5 A60 S2 microcontroller core , start and stop controlled by the detect-ion of the temperature , circulation pumps , heaters and other equipment,the water temperature control.The results show that: the control system can realize tem-perature control germination process , the temperature controllable range 9℃-40℃, control accuracy up ±3%, to meet the different stages of germination of rice soaking germination chamber temperature requirements , improved controllability of rice germination .
