摘要
半夏是一种药用价值和经济价值非常高的植物,但半夏的清洗和脱皮是一个复杂和繁琐的过程,并且是其后续利用、制成药材的重要前提。为提高半夏的清洗脱皮效率、降低半夏损伤率和提升清洗洁净度,实现工作过程中智能化控制和水资源的最大化利用,分析了半夏清洗脱皮机理,给出了一种高效智能半夏清洗脱皮装置的总体结构方案,完成包括进料系统、清洗脱皮系统、电控系统和水循环系统中主要工作部件的设计和参数确定,旨在为半夏的清洗脱皮的规模化、高效化提供一种新型装置。
Pinellia ternata is a kind of highly medicinal and economic plants , but cleaning and peeling is a complicated and tedious process , which is the important precondition for the subsequent use and made from medicine .To improve the efficiency , washing cleanliness , reduce the cleaning peeling rate and implement the intelligent control and maximize utili-zation of water resources in the process .With the Analysis of cleaning peeling mechanism of pinellia ternata , general structure concept of efficient and intelligent cleaning peeling device for pinellia ternata was designed , including the feed system , cleaning peeling system , electric control system and water cycle system , the parameter of main working parts was designed and determined , which providing a new type of device for scale , efficiency cleaning peeling pinellia ternata .
