摘要
挖掘铲对地面仿形的响应速度对花生收获机收获质量有着重要的影响。为此,针对一垄两行收获模式,设计了先导型传感机构及仿形试验平台。通过基于单片机的数据采集处理系统,将地形数据通过CAN总线发送到上位机。仿形平台试验证明:该仿形传感机构能够迅速真实地反映地形数据,为挖掘铲动作提供了数据依据,提高仿形精度。
The response speed of the digging shovel for land profiling has an important influence on harvesting quality of peanut harvester harvest .According to the harvest model of a ridge with two lines , design the piloted sensing structure and profiling experimental platform .Through data acquisition and processing system based on single chip microcomputer , the terrain data is sent to host computer by CAN bus.The tests of designed profiling platform show that the profiling sen sing structure can truly reflect the terrain data quickly , provide a data basis for digging shovel action , and improve the profiling accuracy .
