滚筒式毛刷清扫土装置的设计与试验 被引量:1

摘要 针对新型超级稻精量穴盘播种机对穴盘清扫土装置的要求,设计了V型螺旋式毛刷滚筒清扫土装置。分析了清扫土装置工作原理,确定了清扫土装置关键参数。将实验装置安装在2SBJ--500型水稻秧盘育秧精密播种流水线上进行了生产试验验证,工作效率400盘/h,合格率为98%;工作效率500盘/h,合格率为94%。结果表明:该装置能较好地清除多余表土,符合超级稻穴盘精密育秧设备对清扫土效果的要求。 A v shaped spiral type removing soil device with brush roller was designed according to the requirement of rice precision seeding machine for removing soil device .The working principle of removing soil device was analyzed and the key parameters was determined .Test prototype did the production verification test on the 2 SBJ-500 type rice precision seeding system .The qualified rate was 98%when work efficiency was 400 disk per hour ,and the qualified rate was 94%when work efficiency was 500 disk per hour .The results of the researches showed that the removing soil device can clearly remove excess soil on the surface , and conformed the requirements of rice precision seeding machine for Soil cleaning effect .
