新疆棉田滴灌供水系统自动化节水控制的设计与研究 被引量:8

摘要 新疆棉田属干旱区的农业生产,对棉田滴灌供水系统进行节水、节能控制具有十分重要的应用价值。针对新疆棉田滴灌供水系统的利用现状,基于PLC技术与变频技术,设计了棉田滴灌自动化节水控制系统;根据设计内容,在实验田的供水控制基础上实现了自动化节水控制升级。对系统的调试试验表明:控制系统设计合理,可靠性强,达到了滴灌带供水管道水压与水流量的均衡控制;在供水管道高压力时节约了多余用水,10h共节约37.9km3的用水量。对供水自动化控制系统的节能进行对比试验,结果表明:在10h内,采用自动化供水控制,共节约57.08kW·h的电量,具有明显的节能效果。 Xinjiang cotton fields of agricultural production in arid areas , the water-saving drip drip irrigation water sup-ply system , energy saving control has very important application value .With the using situation of Xinjiang cotton drip ir-rigation water supply system , based on the PLC technology and frequency conversion technology , designed the cotton drip irrigation automatic water-saving control system .According to the design content , in the field of water supply control based on automated water control upgrade , through to the system debugging test showed that the control system design is reasonable , the reliability and achieve the balance of the drip irrigation with water supply pipeline hydraulic pressure and water flow control, save the excess water when water supply high pressure , a total of 37.9km3 water saving 10 hours. Through to the automatic control system of water supply energy saving contrast test , the results showed that within 10 hours, the automatic control of water supply, a total of 57.08kW · h power saving, has obvious energy saving effect.
