摘要
采用日立Z-2000原子吸收分光光度计,应用孤立变数法和正交法分别对石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定天然水中镉的参数进行了选择和比较,并用所选择的最佳参数测定了线性范围和重现性。
Using Hitachi Z-2000 atomic absorption spectrophotometer, applying isolation variable method and orthogonal method respectively, the parameters of cadmium determination in natural water were selected and compared by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. And the linear range and reproducibility were determined by using the selected parameters.
