摘要 文章以太仓市实验小学和太仓市科教新城实验小学联合办学为例,阐述了"名校+新校"进行"一体化"管理的本质是在教育均衡化政策驱动下学校文化融合与重构的一种实践探索,是借助优质文化力量,唤醒文化自觉、增强文化融合、走向文化自强的追寻过程,是对优质文化内涵不断充实与创新,建设两校"和而不同"的学校文化的一种行动研究。 Considering the case of unified education between two different primary schools in Taicang City, this essay discusses the essence of unified administration between the better school and the average school, which is a kind of practical exploration of school cultural integration and reconstruction under the policy of education equilibrium, a pursuing process of arousing cultural awareness, enhancing cultural integration, and promoting cultural development by way of the strength of high quality culture, and also an action research in which high quality culture is constantly enriched and innovated, and two schools establish such school culture as "harmony allowing diversities".
