摘要
以某型反铲液压挖掘机工作装置中主要部件动臂结构作为研究对象,利用三维参数化设计软件Pro/E建立动臂结构的三维模型,通过ANSYS和Pro/E软件的无缝接口设计,将动臂三维模型成功导入ANSYS中建立有限元分析模型,采用ANSYS软件中优化模块OPT作为研究平台对液压挖掘机的动臂性能进行优化.以动臂的体积最小(质量最轻)为优化目标,分析优化设计方法在实际中的运用效果.通过优化前、后结果对比表明,基于有限元技术的优化分析方法能快速有效地提高产品的设计效率,为同类零件的结构优化设计提供理论参考.
Taking a main certain type of boom in working device for backhoe hydraulic excavator as research object, three-di- mensional(3D) model of boom is established by using 3D parametric design software Pro/E. Through designing of seamless interface of ANSYS and Pro/E software, the boom's 3D model is successfully imported into software ANSYS to establish finite element analysis model, and then the optimization analysis of boom' s performance is carried out by using the OPT module in ANSYS as the research platform. With taking the boom of minimum volume (lightest weight) as the optimization target,the effect by using optimization design method in practice is finally analyzed. The results before and after optimization show that, the optimization analysis method can effectively enhance the design efficiency of product based on finite element technology, which providing theory reference for the similar parts of structure optimization.
