全球化带动了整个世界特别是欧、美发达国家财富的增长 ,但全球化却也加快了生产要素的全球流动 ,并且伴随着新经济自由主义力量的重新抬头 ,使得欧、美发达国家市场力量加强 ,市场竞争加剧 ,公司的分配机制向资本倾斜 ,少数精英追逐巨利 ,公司雇员随着产业结构的调整而被大幅裁减 ,社会福利制度也由于失去了内、外竞争压力的约束而面临着新的问题。这些因素的综合作用 ,必然导致欧、美发达国家财富分配的愈益不均。全球化使欧、美发达国家社会发展更不平衡。

The Globalization process upgrades the growth of wealth in the World and in particular that in Europe and the U.S.A. On the other hand, the Globalization promotes the movement of production factors worldwide. Other inpacts brought by the Globalization include: the rise of power of neoeconomics liberalism, strengthening of market power in Europe and U.S.A, intensification of competition on markets, capital-oriented distribution mechanism held by companies, dominant positions held by a few companies, increasing unemployment rate due to the readjustment of property, new challenges faced by social welfare system with the disappearance of internal and external pressures. The comprehensive employment of these inpacts will lead unequal distribution of wealth among developed countries in Europe and America. The Globalization will cause more imbalances in the aspect of social development in the developed countries in Europe and America.
