The paper analyzes the common and important role of the design with underground garage and civil-defense engineering design,and points out effective solutions to common problems from the relationship between underground garage and civil-defense basement,column network, fire-fighting division and civil-defense division,and combined design of security evacuation during peacetime and wartime.
