Design and construction of the new scaffolding for cast-in-situ concreting of box girders of high-pier urban overpass

为研究新型碗口支架系统在城市高墩立交箱梁现浇施工中的应用,以贵龙立交桥为工程背景,进行支架系统的设计计算,对新型高强支架施工及关键环节进行了分析和阐述,工程实践表明:该新型支架系统在力学性能及经济上具有较强的优势,为新型高强支架体系的应用奠定了基础。

To study the application of the new bowl shaped support scheme for cast-in-situ concreting of box girders of high-pier urban overpass, this paper presents the scaffolding design and calculation for Guilong overpass,and some key process in construction stage are analyzed and elabo-rated. Construction experience indicates that it has strong advantages in mechanical behavior and the economy of this new support scheme,that lay the foundation for the application of the new high-strength scaffolding.
