从立足于研究中小房地产寻求合作伙伴的角度,分析了当前开发商与投资方结合的现状以及存在的问题,并提出相关解决措施,同时从供应链的角度,构建合作共赢虚拟企业的大背景下,尝试建立综合评价指标体系,针对相关案例进行了进一步的分析,以期为相关的研究提供借鉴。

From the research on small and middle real-estate enterprises seeking for cooperative partners,the paper analyzes the status of the combination between the developers and investors and their problems,points out related solutions,and tries to establish the comprehensive evalu-ation system from the supply chains and the background of founding win-win virtual enterprises,and undertakes further analysis according to relat-ed cases,so as to provide some reference for related researches.
