摘要
就建筑工程管理中存在的管理体制不健全、管理人力资源缺乏、质量监管核心与机制不明确等问题进行了探讨,分析了有效提高建筑工程管理水平的措施,指出提高建筑工程管理水平有利于提高项目的工程质量、有利于深化企业的管理机制。
The paper explores problems in the architectural engineering management,including insufficient management system and management personnel resources,and unclear quality inspection core and mechanism,analyzes the measures to enhance the management standards of architec-tural projects,and points out the improved architectural engineering management standards can promote the engineering quality and deepen the management mechanism.
