摘要
为研究水钾耦合对油菜苗期光合特性的影响,采用紫色土盆栽试验,通过设置不同水分处理(田间持水量80%,60%,40%)和钾肥处理(1.0,0.5,0g/kg土),对油菜苗期的绿叶数、叶面积、叶绿素和光合作用值等指标进行分析,初步建立了油菜苗期光合作用水钾耦合模型。结果表明:灌水和施用钾肥均能促进油菜绿叶数增多及叶面积增长,高钾水平(1.0g/kg土)及适宜水分(土壤水分为田间持水量80%)处理组合效果最明显,且施钾效果大于灌水;在相同钾肥处理水平下,一定程度干旱能提高油菜叶绿素的累积量,钾肥的施用对叶绿素累积无显著作用,但在一定程度上能缓解干旱带来的不利影响;试验范围内,光合作用值随着灌水量增加而增加,随施钾量增加先减少后增加,水分的影响效应大于钾肥。
In order to study the effect of water-potassium coupling on the photosynthetic characteristics of rape at seedling stage, un- der pot experiment conditions, three different irrigation amounts treatments (01 equals 800//00, 60G and 40~/0), and three different po- tassium fertilizer treatments (1.0, 0.5 and 0 g/kg soil) are set to analyze the indexes of rape at seedling stage, including leaf num- ber, leaf area, chlorophyll and photosynthesis values, and a reasonable model is established. The results show that: both irrigation and potassium fertilizer can promote the growth of desirable rape leaves and leaf area. Both high potassium levels (1.0 g/kg soil) and suitable water (80G of field capacity ) are effective and the former has better effect than the later, and the combination of them has the most significant effect; under the same potassium level, suitable arid environment can significantly increase the accumulation of chlorophyll, and potassium fertilizer has no significant effect on chlorophyll accumulation, but is helpful to alleviate the adverse effects of arid to some extent; Within the scope of experimental, photosynthesis rises with the increase of irrigation but reduces first then rises with the increase of potassium amount. The impact of water is greater than that of potash.
