摘要
设计了一种以沉水植物菹草为核心的植物-微生物组合式生态沉床,用以修复处理地表富营养化水体。研究在一个周期(10d)的时间内,植物-微生物组合式生态沉床对富营养化水体中COD、NH+4-N、NO-3-N及TP的去除效果。结果显示,在附加水力搅拌下,植物-微生物组合式生态沉床对富营养化水体COD去除速度较快,2d去除率即达到73%,到第6d去除率即可达到80%以上;对TP的去除率在6d后基本稳定为60%左右;对NH+4-N的去除率在2d后基本稳定在40%~50%;NO-3-N的去除率在6d后稳定在60%。可见,该组合沉床可以很好的吸收富营养化水体中的氮磷营养盐和COD,是处理和净化富营养化水体的有效方法。
A plant-microorganism combined ecological heavy bed, with a submerged plant, Potamogeton cnspus, as the core, is ae- signed to restore surface water eutrophication. The removal effect of the plant-microorganism combined ecological heavy bed on COD, NH4+ --N, NO3- --N and TP in eutrophication water in a cycle (10 days) is studied. The results showed that: under the addi- tional hydraulic stirring, the removal rate for COD is fast and can reach 73% and more than 80%, respectively, after 2 days and 6 days; the removal rate for TP maintains 60% after 6 days; the removal rate for NH+ --Nmaintains 40%~50% after 2 days; the re- moval rate for NO3 --N maintains 60% after 6 days. It can be concluded that the combined ecological heavy bed can well absorb the nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients and COD in the eutrophication water and is an effective method for treating and purifying eutrophi- cation water.
