摘要
针对顶吹炉余热锅炉饱和蒸汽在减压过程中没有对其压降产生的能量回收利用,造成能量极大浪费的情况,本文介绍了通过采用背压式饱和蒸汽发电机组替代蒸汽热力系统中的降压减压阀,充分利用顶吹炉余热锅炉产生的中压饱和蒸汽的余热余压进行发电的技术改造。详细介绍了所采用的饱和蒸汽发电机的结构特点和工作原理。
Combined with energy generated in the pressure reducing of saturated steam in exhaust heat boiler not be recycled, which resulting in a tremendous waste of energy, this paper introduced the technical transformation of use of backpressure saturated steam generator replacement step-down pressure reducing valve in steam thermal system, make full use of exhaust heat and pressure of middle pressure saturated steam generated in the exhaust heat boiler of top blown furnace to carry out power generation. The structural characteristics and working principle of saturated steam generators were described in detail.
