摘要
针对电动机滚动轴承经常损坏(包括轴承温度高)的实际情况,根据滚动轴承的配置,合理选用轴承内部游隙,并考虑摩擦力距和轴的热膨胀的影响,分析了影响滚动轴承使用寿命的各种因素,进而提出了改进的措施并验证了此方法的可行性。
As for practical situation of frequently-damaged rolling bearing of the motor ( including high temperature of the bearing), according to the configuration condition and rea- sonable selection of inner play of rolling bearings, various factors which affect bearing service life such as friction torque and thermal expansion effect of the shaft are analyzed in this paper, and then improvement measures are proposed.
