乳化液泵配流阀滞后性影响因素研究 被引量:13

摘要 为了研究乳化液泵配流阀运动的滞后性及平稳性,在AMESim中建立了液压仿真模型,着重考虑了系统结构参数及工作参数的影响,对配流阀的优化设计提供了改进依据。通过数值计算,对配流阀滞后引起的柱塞腔压力变化进行了讨论。结果表明:吸液阀关闭滞后和排液阀的开启滞后随曲轴半径、连杆长度、柱塞直径及吸液阀阀芯质量的增加而增大,随吸液阀弹簧刚度及预压力的增加而减小;而吸液阀的开启滞后时间和排液阀的关闭滞后时间随排液阀阀芯质量的增加而增大,随排液阀弹簧刚度的增加而减小。余隙容积越大,配流阀的开启滞后时间越长,而关闭滞后对其不敏感;此外,随着阀芯半锥角的增加,工作压力的提高,配流阀的滞后现象均随之减弱,而柱塞行程和排液阀弹簧预压力的变化对其几乎无影响。 To investigate the hysteresis of the emulsion pump valves, a three-proton moaei oi emmslon pump m AMESim is presented under comprehensive consideration of the structure and working factors. Besides, the pressure change in cylinder is calculated. The results show that, with the increasing of crank radius, connecting rod length, piston diameter and inlet spool mass, and the decreasing of spring stiffness and preloading of inlet valves, closing lag of inlet valves and opening lag of delivery valves get more serious ; the opening lag of inlet valves and closing lag of delivery valves minish with the decreasing of delivery spool mass and increasing of spring stiffness of delivery valves. The delays are weakened as the poppet half angle and working pressure are improved. The piston stroke and spring preloading of delivery valves almost have no effect on the hysteresis.
