摘要
本文分析了英国从普通法的不正当解雇到成文法的不公平解雇的发展过程及其内在原因 ,归纳了英国不公平解雇法的基本内容 ,研究了不公平解雇救济措施存在的问题 ,并就导致这些问题的深层的法律价值进行了探讨。
The paper examines how the British Dismissal Law develops from wrongful dismissal under the common law to unfair dismissal under the written law, and analyzes the underlying reasons of this variation. The paper then summarizes the main contents of British unfair dismissal law, and probes into the problems of remedies provided under the British unfair dismissal law as well as the value of British Labour Law.
