摘要
依据细水雾灭火机理,设计了一种灭火用气泡雾化喷头,分析了影响喷头雾化效果的因素,计算出喷头结构的关键尺寸;通过Fluent软件对喷头内部及喷口下游流场仿真,得出气泡的粒径变化及分布、喷口形状对喷雾的影响、喷出速度与喷出距离的关系、喷雾截面雾滴粒径分布,结果表明该喷头适用于煤矿井下初期火灾。
A kind of fire fighting bubble atomizer is designed based on the mechanism of water mist. The factors af- fecting the atomization effect is analyzed. The critical size of the sprayer is worked out and made the simulation for inside and main flow of the sprayer by fluent is made. The changes of diameter and distribution for bubble, the re- lation between jet velocity and jet distance, and the distribution for diameter of drop of water are obtained. The re- suits show that the sprayer can be applied well to the fire initial stage underground coal mine.
