摘要
针对某大型加热炉步进梁运动的要求,设计出液压系统。分别采用Ziegler-Nichols法和遗传算法对液压控制系统的PID参数进行整定,通过比较仿真结果,证实遗传算法的寻优功能。最后运用AMESim和MATLAB软件进行联合模拟仿真,得出液压缸的优化速度曲线。
According to requirements of the movement of furnace walking beam, the hydraulic system is designed. The PID parameters of the hydraulic control system are set by the Ziegler-Nichols method and the genetic algorithm respectively. The optimization function of genetic algorithm is confirmed after simulation results are compared. Fi- naUy, MATLAB and AMESim are used for a joint simulation, and the optimized speed curve of the hydraulic cylin-der is obtained.
