施铜对纳罗克非洲狗尾草生产性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了探讨微量元素铜对纳罗克非洲狗尾草生产性能的影响,在云南省昆明开展了不同施铜量对纳罗克非洲狗尾草干物质产量、种子产量和种子质量性状的影响研究。研究结果显示:施铜2.4 kg/hm2处理,纳罗克非洲狗尾草的干物质产量最高,为11 760.69kg/hm2,比对照提高了13.03%。随着施铜量的增加,纳罗克非洲狗尾草种子产量呈缓慢下降趋势,仅在施铜4.8kg/hm2处理时的种子产量显著低于对照处理(P〈0.05),为209.07kg/hm2;而其余处理的种子产量与对照差异不显著(P〉0.05)。施铜明显改善了纳罗克非洲狗尾草种子的质量性状(P〈0.05),且随着施铜量的增加,纳罗克非洲狗尾草种子的发芽率和千粒重均呈明显上升趋势(P〈0.05);在施铜量为4.8kg/hm2时,发芽率和千粒重均为最高,分别是对照处理的3.3倍和1.6倍。研究得出,在合理施用氮磷钾肥的基础上,可以明显改善纳罗克非洲狗尾草的种子质量性状,并能增加其干物质产量的最佳施铜量为2.4~3.6kg/hm2。 The effects of copper application on the yield of dry matter, seed production and seed quality of Setaria sphacelata Stapf cv. Narok was investigated in Kunming of Yunnan province. The results show that, the highest dry matter yield of Narok was11 760.69 kg/hm2 at copper application of 2.4kg/hm2, which increased 13.03% than the control. With the increasing of copper application,the seed yield of Narok was decaling slowly. Only at copper application of 4.8kg/hm2, the seed yield of Narok was lowest of 209.07kg/hm2,which was less than the control significantly( P 0.05). The seed quality characters of Narok were significantly improved under copper application. With the increasing of copper application, the seed germination and 1000 seeds weight of Narok was increasing obviously( P 0.05). It obtained the highest seed germination and 1000 seeds weight at copper application of 4.8kg/hm2, which were 330% and160% of the control, separately. It concluded that the optimum copper application was 2.4 ~3.6kg/hm2 on the base of appropriate NPK application during the grass and seed production of Narok, which can improve the seed quality characters significantly and increase the dry grass yield in a certain extent.
