混合盐碱胁迫对紫羊茅种子萌发的影响 被引量:3

摘要 通过种子发芽试验,研究盐胁迫、碱胁迫以及混合盐碱胁迫对紫羊茅(Festuca rubra L.)种子萌发物理指标的影响。结果表明,紫羊茅的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数以及根的生长与胁迫物浓度呈负相关,与对照组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。在盐胁迫下,随着盐处理浓度的增大,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数以及根的生长明显下降(P<0.05),但在较低盐浓度范围内,下降趋势不大。在碱胁迫下,紫羊茅种子的各指标下降情况要比在同浓度下盐胁迫下明显(P<0.05),但在较低碱浓度下,其发芽率略比盐胁迫下的高。在混合盐碱胁迫下,较低浓度时,种子各项物理指标与单一的盐胁迫较为相似,随着浓度增加,生长情况迅速下降。通过试验得出,紫羊茅在浓度较低的盐碱地中能够萌发和生长。 The effects of salt stress, alkaline stress and salt-alkaline mixed stress on the seed germination of Festuca rubra L.Physical index were studied through the seed germination text. As a consequence, the negative correlation of the germination rate,germinability, germination index, vigor index and root growth of Festuca rubra L. with the stress concentration were found. Compared with the control group, there exists a significant difference(P 0.05). Under the salt stress, with the increasing of salt concentration, the germination rate, germinability, germination index, vigor index and root growth decreased significantly, but not much change at low concentration. Under the alkaline stress, the decline of the rates are more obvious than the salt stress(P〈0.05). But at the lower alkaline concentration, the germination rate is slightly more than the salt stress. Under the salt-alkaline mixed stress, at low concentration, the physical indexes are similar to the single salt stress, as the concentration increased, growth decreased rapidly(P〈0.05). The experiment led to the final conclusion that Festuca rubra L. can germinate and grow in the saline-alkali soil, which the soil is at a low concentrations of salt and alkaline.
