摘要
针对亚热带季风性湿润气候条件下草坪养护中存在的问题,通过测定20个不同温度与遮荫度协同处理2d、4d、6d后,高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea)、草地早熟禾(Poa pratensisi)、多年生黑麦草(Lolium perenne)体内脯氨酸含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的变化,分析3种草坪草对生境胁迫响应的差异性。结果表明:3种草坪草的生理活性物质均显著受外界温度和遮荫协同处理的影响(P<0.05),不同草种对胁迫响应表现出明显的差异性;总处理间2d、4d脯氨酸含量、SOD和POD活性均有极显著差异(P<0.01),而6d时SOD活性则无差异;析因分析说明温度是影响草坪草生理活性主要因子,遮荫度次之,草种间差异较小;温度与遮荫对草坪草有协同胁迫作用,尤其在40℃胁迫6d时,无论遮荫度大小黑麦草都死亡,遮荫度超过50%时早熟禾死亡,遮荫度大于70%时高羊茅死亡,所以过渡性气候带冷季型草坪建植养护时,要避免温度与遮荫的协同胁迫效应。
In the study, for lawn maintenance problems under humid subtropical monsoon climate conditions, three kinds of common cool season lawn grass( tall fescue( Festuca arundinacea), kentucky bluegrass( Poa pratensisi) and perennial ryegrass( Lolium perenne) were researched under the condition of synergistic effect of temperature gradients and shade degree. After treating 2 days, 4days or 6days, some physiological indicators, such as the proline content, superoxide dismutase( SOD) and peroxidase( POD), were determinated, and the difference about the response of three kinds turfgrass to synergistic effect of temperature and shade was analyzed.The results showed that: The synergistic effect of temperature and shade all significantly affected the physiologically active substances of three kinds of turfgrass( P 0.05). But different grasses to stress response showed significant difference. After treating 2 days or four days, the proline content, SOD and POD activities were significantly different(P 0.01), whereas there was no difference in SOD activity after 6 days. Factorial analysis showed that temperature was main effect factor to turfgrass physiological activity, followed by the degree of shading. There was a little difference between different grass species. Temperature and shade stress had synergistic effect to turfgrass.Especially after treating 6 days at 40 ℃, the ryegrass all had died regardless of the degree of shade, and the bluegrass death exceeding50% shade and tall fescue death more than 70% shade. Therefore, we should avoid the synergistic effect of temperature stress and shade when the cool turfgrass was established in the transitional climatic zone.
