摘要
针对目前雄蚕蛾酒加工大多还处于试验和少量试生产阶段的现状,探讨了雄蚕蛾酒工厂化生产中提升工艺规范性、设备自动化程度的问题,对雄蚕蛾清洗、脱腥、药材有效成分的浸提、酒的调配、低温处理等环节进行了探究。
