关于深化中非发展经验交流的若干思考

Some Thoughts on Strengthening Development Experience Exchanges between China and Africa

自20世纪50年代中国与非洲建立直接联系交往以来,经验交流一直是中非合作的重要组成部分。不同时代的中非经验交流带上了不同的时代烙印,20世纪70年代末以前中非经验交流以交流革命经验为主;新世纪以来,中非经验交流则进入以交流发展经验为主的新阶段。中国发展经验已成为中国在非洲的最大软实力,中国应按照平等双向的原则,进一步加大经验交流力度,既向非洲国家介绍中国的发展与治理经验,也研究借鉴非洲国家先进的理念与做法,构筑中非理念共同体。

Experience exchanges have always been an important part of Sino-Atrican cooperation ever since China established direct contact with Afriea in 1950s. Borne with characteristics of times, experience ex- changes between China and Africa before 1970s mainly focused on revolutionary experience, but a new stage has come around since the turn of the century with development experience dominating the content of Sino-Aftitan experience exchanges. Development experience has become China＇ s biggest soft power in Africa. China should further strengthen experience exchanges following the principle of equality and two-way communication, introducing Chinese development and governance experience to African countries while studying and learning their advanced concepts and practice to build a community of common concepts.
