大学生村官理想的现状调查

Investigation on Current Status of University Student Village Officials

对安徽省9个县512名大学生村官发展理想、道德理想、社会理想、生活理想、政治理想和职业理想等进行问卷调查,采用SPSS17.0进行数据统计分析。结果表明:大学生村官理想处于中等偏上水平,主流理想积极健康;大学生村官理想因性别、学历、专业类型不同存在差异;大学生村官理想受工作年限和工作所在区域影响。

A questionnaire was carried out among 512 Unlvemity student village officials on developing ideals, moral ideals, social ideals, living ideals, political ideals and professional ideals in 9 counties in Anhul province. The data obtained were analyzed via SPSS17. 0 the result shows that the ideals of village officials are above average level and most of them are positive, they differ from each other because of gender, education and major, and affected by their working experience and working areas.
