速度向量成像技术对高血压患者左心房功能的评价 被引量:13

摘要 高血压是一种最常见的心血管疾病,也是引起多种心、脑血管事件的危险因素之一。大量调查研究显示,我国已是高血压危害最严重国家之一,高血压最易累及的主要靶器官是心脏。随着研究的深入,高血压患者左心房结构及功能的改变越来越受到人们的重视,已有研究表明,左心室的结构改变出现在舒张功能障碍之后发生,左心房的结构和功能改变可能在左心室肥厚之前出现。
