超声波液位监测报警系统设计与制作

摘要 在很多自动化工业生产系统中,需要对系统进行实时液位监测,而超声波具有指向性强、能量消耗缓慢、与被测物无需直接接触等优点,因此较为广泛地应用于液位测量之中。该文提出了一种超声波液位监测报警系统的设计与制作方法。系统以STC89C52单片机为核心,设计了超声波传感器测距、温度补偿、串口通信、Matlab图形编辑界面等硬件电路与系统软件部分,可以模拟出形象直观的液位动态变化图。测试表明:系统测量误差小于0.5cm,可以较为精确地进行液位测量,并且能够较为灵敏地反映液面的变化情况,具有一定的应用价值。 In many automated industrial production systems,real-time level monitoring is necessary,and ultrasound has many advantages,such as pointing strongly,slowing energy consumption,indirect contact with the measured object,etc.So it has been widely used in level measurement.This paper proposes a method of designing and manufacturing level monitoring alarm system with ultrasonic.The system's core is STC89C52 microcontroller,including ultrasonic distance sensor,temperature compensation,serial communication,Matlab graphical editing image,etc.And the system can simulate visual dynamic level changing image.Tests show that:the deviation of system measurement is less than 0.5cm,which can be applied in relatively accurate level measurement,and sensitively reflect the changes of liquid surface. In a word,the system has a certain value.
