摘要
简叙了中高压电缆交联生产线中测偏仪在运行中出现的几种常见故障,如无法实现自动控制功能、高压曲线出现凹陷、冷却水流量不足或水温过高、扫描头漏油等,分析了产生原因并提出了相应的解决办法。
This article introduces some problems and the reasons analysis of XRAY NXT 8000 during its operation in medium and high voltage CCV cable lines, such as auto control function failure, high voltage video fault, cooling water flow insufficient or high temperature, scanner leaking oil, some concrete measures are proposed to resolve these problems.
