摘要
陆丰7-2油田HZJ70/4500模块钻机采用浮托法安装,模块钻机需满足建造场地的码头前沿地基承载能力及履带吊机起重吊装能力要求,同时还需满足模块钻机与上部组块一起浮托出海的重量控制要求,因此对模块钻机的模块划分和各模块的总体布局提出了严格的要求。通过合理的分块和合理布局控制各模块重量,使得模块钻机在码头前沿吊装、在建造场地组装和安装,以及浮托运输安装等作业都能够顺利完成。
HZJ70/4500 modular drilling rig in Lufeng 7-2 Oilfield is installed with floatover method. The modular drilling rig should satisfy the requirements of foundation bearing capability of construction yard, lifting capacity of crawler crane and weight control in floatover installation because of transporting modular drilling rig and topside together. So, it is very strict to module divided and general layout. Through reasonable module divided and general layout, the module weights can be controlled very well. The lifting, assembling and installation in construction yard and floatover installation can be realized successfully.
