摘要
目的:建立海南产冰糖草中重金属元素含量测定方法,测定其重金属元素含量。方法:采用氢化物原子荧光法建立冰糖草中重金属砷、汞、铅、镉元素的分析检测方法。结果:4种重金属元素的线性相关系数为0.9991-0.9999,精密度小于2.74%,加标回收率为95%~102.3%,RSD≤3.36%。冰糖草中重金属元素含量均符合绿色中药标准。结论:该方法简便、准确、稳定,可用于冰糖草的质量控制。
Aim:To establish the methods for detection of heavy metal contents in the Scoparia dulcis L from Hainan province. Methods :The contents of As, Hg, Pb, Cd were detected by hydride generation a- tomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results : The linear correlation coefficients of As, Hg, Pb, and Cd were O. 9991 -0. 9999; the precisions were less than 2.74% ; the recovery was 95% - 102.3% with RSD of less 3.36%. Levels of heavy metals in the Scoparia dulcis L. were within the extent of green standard for traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion:The detection method is accurate, reliable, quick and smiple for the quality control of the Scoparia dulcis L.
