摘要
以前人研究为基础,综合考虑煤炭系统特征,秉持全面目的性、科学性、可操作性及动静结合的原则,构建了适合煤炭产业现状的物流系统综合评价指标体系。指标体系以供应物流、生产物流、销售物流以及辅助物流为主线展开,指标选取以物流五大要素为主要依托。基于所建指标体系,邀请了15名来自煤炭供应、生产和销售单位的集理论知识与实际经验为一体的专家,对各指标两两比较相对重要性并进行打分,再利用层次分析法进行分析,得到指标权重值。最后,采用模糊数学的方法对其进行综合评价。实例分析表明,所建评价体系具有较强的实用性,对煤炭物流系统运营管理的优化具有一定的指导作用。
In this paper, in order to optimize the management structure of the coal logistics system and reduce logistics costs, it was necessary to make scientific evaluation on the coal logistics system. Taking relevant researches by other people as the groundwork and the coal system character- istic into consideration, we built a comprehefisive evaluation index system in line with the current situation of coal logistics industry, upholding the principle of scientificity, operability and association of activity and inertia. The index system mainly focused on the supply logistics, production lo- gistics, distribution logistics and ancillary logistics. The index selection was based on the five elements in logistics. Based on the established index system, we invited 15 experts from the coal supply, production and sales units who had rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience to give scores according to the relative importance of each index and obtain index weights by AHP. Finally, they conducted the comprehensive evaluation by the method of fuzzy mathematics. Example analysis showed that the evaluation system had a strong practicability and a guiding role in the optimiza- tion of the coallogistics system's operation and management.
