In this paper, we first explained the meaning of financing logistics, then elaborated its operation modes including warehouse re- ceipt pledge, supervision in transportation, confirming storage, goods right pledge and bank loans under letter of credit, next deeply analyzed the potential risks the financing logistics business might bring to the logistics enterprises and finally proposed corresponding solutions.
