摘要
首先以电子商务和物流的发展为背景,分析了国内外电子商务环境下物流企业财务风险的研究现状;然后,给出了电子商务环境下物流企业会面临的各种财务风险,主要包括宏观风险和微观风险;最后,提出了电子商务环境下物流企业应对财务风险所要采取的控制对策。
In this paper, first we analyzed the status quo of the logistics enterprises＇ financial risks in e-commerce and logistics develop- ment background at home and abroad, then proposed the financial risks the enterprises might face including macro and micro risks and finally provided some countermeasures for logistics enterprise to cope with.
