信息化视角下商贸流通领域的协同创新机制研究

Study on Collaborative Innovation Mechanism in Commerce and Trade Circulation Field under Informatization Perspective

从信息化视角下研究了商贸流通领域网络平台建设,首先依据商贸流通领域信息化协同发展水平评价体系和专家咨询确定权重法,基于浙江省时间序列数据测度浙江省商贸流通业信息化水平;其次通过全国的面板数据借助线性潜变量发展模型探究其地域差异性;基于测度结果,探析其上升趋势减缓的内在原因和外在机理,提出优化模式、人才培养、3S算法和RFID技术嵌入商贸业信息化协同平台的建议。

In this：paper, we studied the network platform construction in the commerce and trade circulation field under informatization per- spective. First we determined the method of weighting according to the evaluation system of collaborative developing level and the expert consultation. Then we measured the informatization level in Zhejiartg＇s commerce and trade circulation field according to its time series data. Next we explored its regional.differences by combining nationwide panel data with linear latent variable development model. Finally, we analyzed the internal and external reasons why the rising trend slowed down and proposed corresponding suggestions such as mode optimization, talents cultivation, 3S algorithm and application of RFID into the network platform construction.
