摘要
《鹿特丹规则》对多式联运经营人的责任制度做出了详尽的规定,以适应当今世界以集装箱为主要运输方式的国际物流业的发展。借鉴《鹿特丹规则》中的相关规定,对我国《合同法》和《海商法》中此类规则进行剖析,提出完善我国当前多式联运经营人责任制度的若干建议。
In this paper, based on the Rotterdam Rules, we analyzed the Contract Law and the Maritime Law in China and proposed corresponding suggestions to perfect the muhimodal transportation operator liability system in China.
