基于可拓法双层模型的城轨运输综合效益评估及实证研究

摘要 为了更加清晰地阐述城市轨道交通在城市环境、经济、社会等各方面的价值,在以往研究的基础上,利用离散系数法和可拓法建立双层评价模型,进行相应的数据分析,得出各个出行方案的综合评价值。整个分析过程科学严谨,分析结果避免了很多主观性的影响,更精确、更客观地显示了各个交通出行方案的综合效益。最后以广州轻轨为例计算了其综合效益评价值,并与其他出行方式作对比,证明了轻轨的效益性,对城轨的建设具有极大的参考价值。 In this paper, in order to clearly elaborate the value of the urban railway system to the urban environment, economics and society, we used the discrete coefficient method and the extension method to establish a double-evaluation model. Through the data analysis, we concluded the comprehensive evaluation value of each transportation mode. By avoiding subjective influences, we made the whole analysis process rigorous to show the comprehensive benefit accurately and objectively. Finally we took the light rail in Guangzhou as an example to calculate its comprehensive benefit value, make some comparison with other transportation modes and prove its efficiency. We hoped to bring great reference value to the construction of the urban rail.
