摘要
主要以A物流企业为例阐述了如何构建胜任力模型,同时选择物流分公司经理和物流项目经理做为分析对象,以此来检验物流管理人员胜任力模型的有效性。
In this paper, we explained the ways to build a competency model based on logistics enterprise A. By taking the branch manager and the project manager as the research objects, we proved its validity to the logistics management personnel.
