摘要
介绍沸腾传热的工作原理,分析国内外文献提出的微结构表面对沸腾传热的影响,阐述多尺度协同强化沸腾传热的国内外研究状况,指出多尺度结构表面由于能够协同沸腾传热过程中蒸汽溢出和液体吸入对结构尺度的不同需求,而对沸腾传热有较为显著的强化作用。
This paper describes the working principle of boiling heat transfer,and analyzes the effect of microstructure surface proposed in domestic and international literature on boiling heat transfer, also elaborates the research status at home and abroad about multi-scale synergy enhanced boiling heat transfer,pointing out that multi-scale structured surface has relatively significant reinforcement effect on boiling heat transfer,because it has synergy to meet the different demand for structured scale by steam overflow and liquid suction in the process of boiling heat transfer.
