摘要
结合某燃煤电站循环水泵振动情况,多方面分析了振动原因。根据现场的处理结果,得出没有按照施工安装要求安放足够数量的垫铁和二次灌浆是导致振动超标的最主要因素。经过时间的检验,处理结果比较理想,并提出了建议。
In combination with the circulating water pump vibration situation in a coal-fired power plant,this paper analyzes the vibration reasons in many aspects. According to the processing results at site,it is concluded that the most important factors leading to abnormal vibration are insufficient number of shim plates placed and the secondary grouting in accordance with the requirements of construction and installation. After the test over time,the treatment result is ideal and recommendations are proposed.
