摘要
为了有效地提高振动筛选效率,通过对某型惯导产品的机箱、电子线路板等部件、组件的振动响应特性进行系统的测试,在归纳分析测试结果的基础上,有针对性地提高了产品振动敏感频带上的振动量级,形成了产品高效筛选振动谱设计方法,为电子产品的加速筛选方法设计提供了新的思路。
In order to improve the efficiency of vibration screening, the paper gives a certain inertial navigation products as an example. We recode the vibration response characteristics on the chassis, electronic circuit boards and other components, improve the vibration level on the sensitive vibration frequency band based on the results, and therefore form design method of vibration spectrum efficient screening, which provides a new idea for the method of HASS electronic product design.
