Environmental stress screening is an effective way to ensure the product operational reliability.The paper discusses the purpose and significance of environmental stress screening, analyzes the key techniques in scheme planning of environmental stress screening, and explains how to develop the program and procedures of environmental stress screening for the electronic products. Meanwhile, a design and application example has been given in this paper based on the environmental stress screening of a certain radar.
