摘要
结合作者自身的工作经验,对项目质量管理的多个方面进行了归纳和分析,并基于质量管理八项原则,对新形势下项目质量管理的组织架构改进进行了论述。为提高企业竞争力,不少集团型企业开始进行主、辅业务分离,与之而来的是对质量管理要求的提高。对此,供应链上的各级供应商在同一标准下的质量管理水平的良性发展和自我质量管理能力的提升,以及对供应商科学的评价激励机制是现代企业质量管理的必由之路。这也势必会降低整个项目的质量管理成本,提升产品质量,降低风险,并以此形成集团模式下的核心竞争力。
This paper summarizes and analyzes various aspects of project quality management combining the author's own work experience, and discusses the improvement of the organizational structure of project quality management under the new situation based on the eight principles of quality management. In order to improve the competitiveness, many enterprises are going to separate the main and auxiliary business, and it has followed with the improvement of the quality management requirements. In response, for a modern enterprise, the only way to control its quality is to make all suppliers maintain the healthy management of the quality management under the same standard, improve the self-management ability, and evaluate and encourage the suppliers scientifically. As a result, the quality management cost of the whole project will definitely reduce; the quality of produces will be improved; the risks will lower; and the core competence under the group mode will reform in the end .
