国内外开放存取期刊平台对比分析

Comparative Analysis on Foreign and Domestic Open Access Journal Platforms

综述了国内外开放存取期刊平台(包括Sci ELO、DOAJ、Plo S、中国科学院科技期刊开放存取平台、Socolar、中国科技论文在线)的研究进展和发展现状,并对其开放性和互动性进行分析。认为我国开放存取期刊平台与发达国家还存在一定差距,提出提升开放存取期刊平台及其期刊的网络影响力、提升开放存取期刊平台及其期刊的自身影响力、提升开放存取期刊作者的影响力等对策。

The paper reviews research progress and development status of foreign and domestic open access journal platforms, including SciELO, DOAJ, PloS, Chinese Academy of Science and Technology journals open access platform, Socolar, Chinese scientific papers online, and analyzes openness and interaction of these platforms respectively. It thinks that open access journal platforms in China has a distance to those in developed countries, and gives some countermeasures including promoting web impact of open access journal platform and journals, promoting own influence of open access journal platform and journals, and promoting impact of authors in open access journals.
